MMA Conditioning

MMA Conditioning classes are designed to elevate the fitness level using basic MMA techniques. Most of the drills incorporates kicks, punches, and knees. The focus is on keeping up the cardio work during the entire workout. These classes are moderate to high intensity but can be performed by all levels of participant as you can work at your own pace.

Participants must be 16 or older.
